Delish! Husband and I both had prime rib, sister had sirloin. All perfectly cooked. The service was impeccable. Thank you outback for a memorable dinner with my sister.
Called 3 hours ahead of time to reserve a table and we get here and we are asked if we want to sit separate or together. We said obviously wanted to sit together and were told oh that’s gonna be a longer wait, uh no we called 3 hours before are table should be ready when we get there il give you 10-15 but not no 45 mins that’s ridiculous shame on you outback!
We have recently eaten at Outback. One in AZ and the other in NC and neither one was satisfactory. The steak was over priced and Dry. The string beans did not have much taste. The bread was very good and the service Krylin (male) gave us was Outstanding!! ( in Blowing Rock NC) I would not have much interest in going to another of your restaurants. (o:~
Worst experience at an Outback ever! Sangria was sour, had to request bread, steak is supposed to be medium well and it's blood red and cold, broccoli is to be double steamed and is hard as a rock! I get it, its Christmas Eve but still this is not acceptable. Oh and I told the manager and he went to make me new food and here still sits the wrong food. Then they left to make me a new steak so they said. Came back after about 5 minutes and grabbed my wrong food. Recooked it and brought it back. It was so unappetizing looking! The broccoli was brown on top! Thanks for microwaving my meal. Didn't feel like any of the two managers that came to my table even cared that I was leaving without eating.
The worst experience at an Outback Steakhouse we have ever had. First the outside temperature was 60 degrees , inside 63 degrees . We ask for a blanket , the server was very nice and adjusted the A/C. Fifteen minutes later the Manager turned the A/C back down and came by our table with an attitude. The food quality and portions were mediocre (Alice Springs chicken was not layered properly and had no Honey Dijon on it or on the side) . The Thunder from Down under was not even heated (refrigerator cold), when I ask for it to be heated- it was returned just warm and the Manager came by with an attitude asking if it was hot enough for me in a sarcastic tone... We left the building insulted, freezing cold, and not pleased with the food quality. I think the cooking staff must be new? And the manager definitely needs an attitude adjustment. This location will not do well and I will be surprised if it is still opened when we return next year.
