The restaurant was slammed busy on a beautiful Friday afternoon. Staff was polite even while stressed that the kitchen was behind.
This is a great hole-in-the wall place for food and drink with a view. If you have the time, wait for a table outside.
We enjoyed our spontaneous lunch here today. Trout sandwich was tasty. Soft tacos were good too.
This place is so nice and just cozy! The view of the mountains is lovely!! The staff is very nice and it's just warm I guess you could say.
Got seated promptly at lunch time on a Saturday. Waited a while before the server came over to give us the menus and take our drink orders. Received drinks promptly. Place lunch order, took about 30 minutes if not more before we were served. I don’t think it was the waiters fault. Food was OK at best. Wouldn’t recommend, Wish I had read the reviews before going.
Waited almost 2 hours after being seated for lunch for our food to arrive. The toddler was as patient as she could be. After a hour I had to insist that they bring out the kid's food. They told us the kitchen was behind. When we asked for an estimate for the food they kept saying repeatedly "20 min". We saw several tables seated after us get their food. We asked for the owner. He said that bc we ordered burgers that it takes longer. Seriously? We won't be back.
It seemed like a cool place to sit and have a great meal with a view of the mountains looming majestically in the background. Unfortunately a wonderful meal was not to be had by my wife and I! First of all the service was top notch horrible performed by a young lady that had no clue what she was doing there. Secondly the food was absolutely horrible! We ordered nachos and the wild turkey sandwich to split between us. We couldn't finish the meal for it was discusting. The food actually made my wife sick for 2 days. We weren't given any refills on our drinks and had to get up to find our waitress to ask for our check. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy! With as many places to dine there we gave them our business. Please don't make the same mistake!
We enjoyed a local pumpkin ale, although they could benefit from a larger local craft beer selection.
