These guys are great. Our car started spewing coolant on the way up the mountain, and they arranged a truck to come and get us, then proceeded to do a very thorough check on the coolant system, including an extensive test drive, the car was better than when we bought it (okay, it was only a few weeks ago; but the dealer had neglected to tighten the radiator cap so the car overheated, causing our problem). Lucas at L & N took care of us, and at a very reasonable cost.
I hope never to have to visit L & N again under these circumstances, but if I do I know I can trust them. They know how to do business the right way.

I can't say enough about Lucas. My father in law has a F250 7.3 SuperDuty that started having issues coming into Boone for a vacation weekend. We took the truck to the local Ford dealership which was a mistake. We left the Ford dealership after a few hundred dollars and took it up to L & N for a second opinion. Lucas took the time out of his busy schedule to take a look at the truck. He really knows his stuff and took the time to answer more than a few questions. He didn't charge us a dime to look it over and give us advice on what to look for if it started acting up again. Even said he would try and squeeze the truck in before we left town if something happened. Honest guy, knowledgeable and not out to just hit you in your wallet. I'm sure if we have issues I would feel more comfortable towing the truck from Charlotte up to L & N to repair because I know it will be done fair and correctly. Thanks again Lucas!
